Moving out questions
1/ How much notice is needed before moving out?
To ensure the tenant receives their security deposit back we require a 30 day notice to be emailed or mailed to us along with a good forwarding address.
2 / How long does it take to receive my security deposit upon move out?
We’ll return your security deposit within 30 days of your move-out date. A $50 rekey fee will be deducted, and any additional cleaning or removal costs (if the home isn’t left clean or belongings remain) will also be taken from the deposit.
3 / Is the pet deposit refundable?
Unfortunately the pet deposit is non refundable.
4 / Can I end my lease early, and what are the penalties?
Tenants may be allowed to end their lease early in certain situations. Any unpaid rent must still be paid in full before the lease is considered closed.
We understand that military service members may be transferred or deployed. In those cases, tenants will not be penalized for ending the lease early, as long as proper documentation and notice are provided.
Please remember that the property must be left clean and in good condition to receive any remaining deposit back.
